Peace in a changing world

This spring, for the first time in collaboration with the Council for International Conflict Resolution (RIKO), the Aarhus Centre for Conflict Management (Aarcon) invites you to our conference Peace in a Changing World, where practitioners, students, and researchers will come together to explore pathways for a more peaceful and sustainable future.

We are delighted to present three very interesting talks on the topic of contemporary peacebuilding:

• ‘The EU and Peace in Ukraine’ by Rasmus Nørlem Sørensen, director at RIKO
• ‘Climate, Peace and the UN in Africa’ by Louise Wiuff Moe, Associate Professor at Roskilde University
• ‘Memory and Peacebuilding’ by Sara Dybris McQuaid, Associate Professor at Aarhus University, Visiting Researcher at DIIS

The talks will be followed up by Q/A, activities, and a panel discussion on peacebuilding with the three invited speakers.
